Two Blue Birds Sampler Started As A Reproduction Of An Antique Sampler I Found At A Flea Market In Saumur, France. The Words Down At The Bottom Say "Gift For Mother". I Reproduced It Faithfully, But Decided That That Wasn'T What It Wanted To Be. Soi Played And Playe And Played Some More Until I Finally Found A Palette And Design That | Wanted To Stitch. I Love How It Turned Out And I Hope You Do, Too! The Model Is Stitched On 40Ct Steinbeck By Needle And Flax Using The Overdyed Floss As Listed. A Conversion To Dmc Is Also Provided. Alternative Fabrics: This Design Will Look Good On Many Colors. You Can Use Neutrals In The Brown/Gold Range, Using Darker Or Lighter Colors.
